研究员
你将负责：展览相关资料搜集整理与前期策划、展品内容图文整合、编辑与校对；展陈设计管理、参展人联络、布展施工管理、展览搭建和公共活动的现场执行协助等工作。
你应拥有：建筑规划、人类学、新闻学或其它相关人文艺术专业本科以上学历，和对当代城市空间、社群、视觉艺术等某一领域的自主研究兴趣；流畅的中英文沟通与写作能力；较强的自主能动性、创造性和责任心。
展览设计师
你将负责：展览相关视觉设计（室内、展陈及平面）、展览作品沟通及布展施工管理，展览搭建和公共活动现场协助，其他媒体物料制作等工作。
你应拥有：建筑、室内或展览相关设计类学科本科以上学历，和对当代城市空间、社群、视觉艺术等某一领域的自主研究兴趣，流畅的中英沟通能力，在空间、平面视觉、多媒体等不同尺度和媒介上有协同创作和整合能力，较强的自主能动性、创造性和责任心。
实习生
你将负责：展览相关资料搜集整理与协作布展；展品内容图文编辑；展览搭建、日常维护接待和公共活动现场执行协助；新媒体运营、媒体推广联络等事宜。
你应拥有：本科三年级以上在读学历，对当代城市空间、社群、视觉艺术等某一领域的自主研究兴趣，基础中英沟通和写作能力，较强的自主能动性、创造性和责任心。

As a CBALE insider, you will participate in the operation of an experimental cultural organization. You will work closely with global scholars, designers and artists, collaborating and growing with the team, with competitive compensation and flexible hours.

Researcher
You will be responsible for exhibition-related researches and preparations, collecting item images, text writing, editing and proofreading, display design managements, contacting participants, construction management, exhibitions and events operations.
You should have a solid background in architecture, planning, arts or humanities, fluency in Chinese and English, strong creativity and responsibility.
Exhibition Designer
You will be responsible for exhibition space design (interior, display and graphic design), construction management, public events assistant, and other media-related works.
You should have solid backgrounds in architecture, interior or exhibition design with a strong research interest, fluency in Chinese and English, strong creativity and responsibility.
Intern
You will be assisting exhibition-related research and preparation, editing, execution assistance, venue and media-related operation, among others.
You should have solid backgrounds in architecture, planning, arts or other related fields, interest in urban culture and/or design, fluent in Chinese and English, strong creativity and responsibility.
