由永庆坊主办、CABLE策展的《风起西关：永庆营造叙事》的展览于10月24日在广州永庆坊吉祥坊3号正式启幕。本次展览以营造为视角，从多维角度记录了永庆坊片区的规划理念、设计成果和文化多样性。

近十年来，以“保护历史文化”为优先原则，以政府引导下的“多元参与”为决策机制，永庆坊创新采取“政府主导、市场运作、居民参与”的更新模式推动街区活力再现，由广州万科作为项目投资方负责街区改造和运营。永庆坊街巷微改活化一期、二期等一系列工程，充分挖掘并延续了区域的场所文脉及价值特性，积极探索空间环境、社会文化与经济结构的兼容与平衡。

Hosted by Yongqingfang and curated by CABLE, the exhibition "The Wind Rises in Xiguan: Yongqing Creates a Narrative" officially opened on October 24 at No. 3 Jixiangfang, Yongqingfang, Guangzhou. From the perspective of construction, this exhibition records the planning concept, design achievements and cultural diversity of the Yongqingfang area from a multi-dimensional perspective.

In the past ten years, with the principle of "protecting history and culture" as the priority and the decision-making mechanism of "multiple participation" under the guidance of the government, Yongqingfang has innovatively adopted the renewal model of "government-led, market-operated, and residents-involved" to promote the revitalization of the block, and Guangzhou Vanke is responsible for the renovation and operation of the block as the project investor. A series of projects such as the first and second phases of the micro-renovation and revitalization of Yongqingfang streets and alleys fully excavate and continue the local context and value characteristics of the region, and actively explore the compatibility and balance of the spatial environment, social culture and economic structure.
